Meet our instructor
Natalie Chan is the founder of Soundawn and a seasoned sound healer who recently led a 300-person immersive sound bath for Google’s global GTM team at Pier 57, blending sirens, subways, and city noise into a meditative NYC soundscape.
With a background in Philosophy from UT Austin and Photography from SVA, Natalie approaches healing as both an art and a practice.
Her creative path spans over a decade of Ashtanga yoga, self-taught sound therapy, and most recently, Reiki. She believes in the power of ritual, resonance, and reclaiming rest—offering deeply grounded, sensory-based healing experiences.
Based in Brooklyn, she lives with her cat Momo in a cozy, light-filled home that doubles as a sanctuary for her art and practice.
