How long is the session and how is it personalized?

Private sessions typically run 60–90 minutes. We tailor pacing, instrumentation, and guidance to your goals (stress relief, sleep support, grounding).

Is the approach trauma-informed?

Yes. Soundawn’s facilitation is gentle, consent-based, and safety-forward to support sensitive nervous systems.

Do you offer gift sessions?

Yes—digital gift cards are available upon request and can be applied toward private in-studio sessions.

What’s included in a corporate sound bath?

Facilitation by Soundawn with crystal bowls, gong, and tuning forks; set-up/tear-down; and a grounding intro/outro. For on-site sessions, we can bring floor cushions/eye pillows upon request.

How much space do we need?

Plan for ~20–24 sq ft per person if lying down (yoga-mat style) or standard chair spacing if seated. Quiet, low-light rooms work best.

How many attendees can you accommodate?

Small teams (10–25) offer the deepest experience; larger groups are possible in auditoriums or cafés. Ask about multi-session blocks for very large teams.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes—live-streamed sessions for remote or hybrid teams via your preferred platform (Zoom, Meet, Teams).

Do you provide a W-9 and COI?

Yes. We can provide a current W-9 and a certificate of insurance (COI) listing your company or building as additional insured when required.

What’s the lead time and payment method?

2–3 weeks’ notice is ideal. We invoice via QuickBooks; ACH or card accepted. Travel or after-hours fees may apply depending on location/time.
