What’s included in a corporate sound bath?
Facilitation by Soundawn with crystal bowls, gong, and tuning forks; set-up and tear-down; grounding intro/outro; and optional cushions/eye pillows when the venue allows.
How much space do we need?
Plan around 20–24 sq ft per person for lying down (yoga-mat style) or standard chair spacing if seated. Quiet, low-light rooms work best.
How many people can you accommodate?
Small teams (10–25) offer the deepest experience; larger groups are possible in larger rooms or auditoriums. Multi-session blocks are available for very large teams.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. We host live, high-quality virtual sound baths for remote or hybrid teams via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
Can you provide a W-9 and COI?
Yes. We can provide a current W-9 and a certificate of insurance (COI) listing your company or building as additional insured if required.
What’s the lead time and payment method?
Two to three weeks’ notice is ideal. We invoice via QuickBooks; ACH and card are accepted. Travel or after-hours fees may apply based on location or time.
