“★★★★★ Natalie hosted a sound bath for a 250+ person event that I helped plan. She was so easy to work with, accommodating and our attendees felt incredibly refreshed after the sound bath. Highly recommend!”
— Stephanie Teitelbaum, Tory Burch FoundationHOW IT ACTUALLY WORKSHow a Sound Bath Works in Your Office
A corporate sound bath is simple to host and requires minimal setup. Here's what happens:
A closed, quiet room works best — conference room, dining hall, or open floor space
Arrange yoga mats in a comfortable layout (we can provide mats at $7 per person if needed)
Leave approximately 5' x 5' of clear space for our instrument setup
Optimal group size: 10–100+ people
The Experience:
Your team chooses the time that works best — lunch hour, end of day, offsite breakout
Participants lie down, get comfortable, and receive
30–60 minutes of guided crystal bowls, gong, and chimes
Zero participation required — just rest
The Outcome:
Participants consistently report leaving refreshed, calm, and reconnected to themselves and each other. It's the easiest wellness activity your team will experience all year — minimal effort, maximum impact.
Outdoor sound bath? We've hosted several — including an employee appreciation day for Bloomberg at the New York Botanical Garden. If you're imagining sound healing in nature, on a rooftop, or in an unconventional space, reach out and tell us your idea.

TRUSTWhy Corporate Teams Book Soundawn Again and Again
After eight years and hundreds of gatherings, the same four things keep companies booking again — and recommending us internally.
We Show Up

We Answer Fast
Same-day replies. One round of email, not three. Your team gets clean answers and moves on with their day.
We Dress Accordingly
Corporate-neutral for offices. Refined for galleries. Ceremonial for retreats. We blend in so the focus stays where it belongs.
We Arrive Early
To test the acoustics, set up, and quiet the room. By the time guests walk in, the setup is done.

Our in-office sound bath for teams is built for the realities of a busy workplace. Sessions are fully mobile and adapt to your space and schedule, so an on-site sound bath for offices can slot into a lunch hour, a team offsite recap, or the end of a demanding quarter. There's nothing to prepare and no experience required — everyone simply settles in and lets the sound do the work.

Hybrid: Bring Remote Teammates Into the Room
Not every teammate can make it into the room — but they don't have to miss the session. Add live streaming to any in-person corporate sound bath, and remote or traveling team members join the exact same live session in real time, over Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
We bring the mic and streaming setup. Nothing changes about the in-room experience — your remote teammates are simply brought into it as it happens.
Included with hybrid
Headset mic and streaming setup, handled by us
Live connection to Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
Remote teammates receive the same live session as the room, not a recording
Pricing
In-person tier price + $350 flat.
Example: a Small Group Rest session (up to 20 people) with hybrid streaming added is $1,050 + $350 = $1,400 total.

Planning Something for World Mental Health Day (October 10)?
World Mental Health Day falls on Saturday, October 10 in 2026, and most companies mark it during the week of October 5–9. A guided sound bath — in your office or live over Zoom for distributed teams — is a mental health activity your whole team can actually feel. Corporate sessions start at $1,050 on-site or $500 virtual. October dates book out first; reach out by early September to hold yours. Check out corporate sound bath pricing here and virtual guide here.
Corporate FAQ
How much space do we need? Around 20–24 sq ft per person lying down, or standard chair spacing if seated. A clear, quiet room with low light works best.
Can you provide a W-9 and COI? Yes. We provide a current W-9 and a certificate of insurance listing your company or building as additional insured.
Do you offer virtual sessions? Yes — live virtual sound baths for remote and hybrid teams via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
Do you serve outside NYC? Standard travel covers NYC metro and Northern NJ. Beyond 30 miles, travel is billed at $1.50 per mile.
What do you wear at a sound bath? Whatever you're already wearing — work clothes are completely fine, and comfortable layers are ideal since body temperature drops a little during deep rest. Shoes come off at the mat, and that's the entire dress code. For virtual sessions, participants just need headphones and somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down.
Can people with epilepsy do sound baths? Anyone with epilepsy or a sound-sensitive condition should check with their doctor first, and we ask that you let us know before the session. We can adapt — gentler dynamics, no sudden gong swells, and seating near the door — so team members can participate comfortably or step out anytime.
