Two women are sitting on the floor of a room with yoga mats, playing cards. One woman has dark hair, is wearing glasses and a white shirt, and is sitting cross-legged. The other woman has lighter hair, is wearing a denim shirt, and is reaching for the cards. There are other yoga mats and items like a water bottle and cups around them.

Before the Session: Energy Check-In

Each session begins with an energetic reading of the room. Natalie tunes into the emotional landscape of the group, quietly assessing where support is most needed. This intuitive check-in sets the tone for a sound bath that is alive, adaptive, and deeply personal.

During: A Curated Sound Bath Symphony

Natalie transforms into a vessel—guiding sound based on what the group energetically calls for. She plays a carefully selected set of instruments to create a multi-layered, immersive soundscape:

  • Seven crystal singing bowls attuned to the chakra system

  • A G major low bass chime bar for grounding resonance

  • A sound waver to mimic natural oceanic rhythms

  • An energy seed shaker to awaken subtle flow

  • A 19” deep gong to open and close the energetic field

Each session becomes a one-of-a-kind sound bath symphony designed to support nervous system healing, emotional release, and inner calm.

After: Integration & Touch-Based Release

Once the instruments quiet, Natalie gently works with the crown chakra using a tuning fork to smooth lingering energetic tension. A brief head and shoulder massage helps further regulate the nervous system and ground the body in rest.

🃏 Closing Ritual: Tarot as Mirror

To complete the journey, Natalie offers a brief, intuitive tarot reading. Each participant receives a message or image to carry home—often something that lingers with them for days, offering continued insight, comfort, or clarity.
