Evening Version (Sample): Deep Rest Sound Bath Experience

  • 5:00 PM – Arrival & Light Set-Up

    Hosts and vendors arrive to prepare light refreshments, décor, and set the tone with cozy mats, blankets, candles, and a calming altar.

  • 6:00 PM – Guest Arrival & Welcome

    Guests are greeted in a serene, candle-lit space with soft music, tea, and time to settle in before the evening begins.

  • 6:30 PM – Intention Setting & Journaling

    We begin with grounding breathwork and guided journaling to help guests reflect and gently arrive into the present moment.

  • 7:00 PM – Sound Bath Session (45 minutes)

    Guests recline into deep rest as Natalie guides a soothing sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments. Gentle temple and shoulder massage offered afterwards.

  • 8:00 PM – Optional Tarot Readings & Social Time

    As the sound bath ends, guests slowly reawaken with tea, snacks, and optional one-card Tarot readings to receive intuitive messages.

  • 9:00 PM – Wrap-Up & Goodbyes
