What happens during a birthday sound bath?

Your guests will be guided through grounding breathwork, journaling, and a full sound immersion using crystal bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments — followed by gentle tuning fork massage and optional tarot pulls.

How many guests can attend?

Our Brooklyn studio comfortably holds up to 40 guests.

Can we bring our own food or drinks?

Absolutely — you’re welcome to enjoy refreshments before or after the session.

Do you offer birthday sound baths outside Brooklyn?

Yes — we also provide private at-home sound baths in Manhattan, Queens, and North New Jersey.

Can we personalize the session?

Yes — we can weave in your favorite intentions, colors, or themes to make the experience uniquely yours. If there’s a particular song, poem, or ritual you’d like included, let us know in advance.

What should guests wear and bring?

Comfortable, loose clothing is best so you can fully relax. Mats and eye pillows are provided; we suggest bringing a blanket, water bottle, and any personal comfort items you love.
