THE BEST HEALING EXPERIENCE

What Is a Sound Bath

A sound bath is a relaxing meditation where you lie down while instruments such as crystal singing bowls and chimes create soothing vibrations that help the body release stress and enter a state of deep rest.

Unlike a traditional meditation where you focus on breathing or thoughts, the sound guides your attention. Many people enter a state of deep rest similar to the early stages of sleep. The nervous system slows down and the body shifts into relaxation.

People often book sound bath sessions for many reasons, including:

stress release after busy work cycles
• easing anxiety and mental overwhelm
• support for better sleep and insomnia
postpartum care and recovery
post medical recovery and gentle healing time
• a self care day to reset the body and mind
• a meaningful birthday gift for loved ones

Sound baths work for individuals, couples, small groups, and full corporate teams — at our Brooklyn or Nutley studio, in your home, or at your office.

What clients say about Soundawn

★★★★★

I had a truly magical experience at Soundawn Sound Bath Center. My friend and I did an hour-long private sound bath for two and it was an amazing way to spend the afternoon. Natalie was so welcoming and accommodating, and the space was quiet, private and very comfortable. She tailors each sound bath to the client and was happy to explain why she chose what she did. We were totally relaxed by the end, and I wished it could have lasted another hour. I think this is a great way to decompress, center yourself, or just a fun activity to do with a partner or friend. I would love to go back for a group sound bath and I've already purchased one as a gift for another friend!

I gifted a very close friend a sound bath workshop with Natalie and myself. I must say this is the deepest most fullest feeling experience I've ever had when it comes to yoga meditation and just mindfulness in general. My experience was amazing I felt very safe, welcomed and relaxed being here. I really love Natalie's approach she gave a little bit of everything yoga, sound bath, journaling. I totally recommend this if you found her page or just found her shop on a whim it's definitely a sign her disposition and who she is as a person as a seer as a healer...seriously this is her calling. It was totally worth it and I can't wait to check in with her again.

This studio is everything I was looking for! All because of Natalie! She created a pure safe haven that you can come to for self-discovery, relaxation, healing and community, built out of true love for helping others. It’s a place you’ll immediately feel safe and with a sense of belonging. I absolutely love her long session that includes journaling, yoga and sound bath. You leave it feeling so much lighter, inspired and rejuvenated! What a gem! A crystalline oasis in the middle of Brooklyn. She built something really special.

“I took the two-hour yoga and sound bath with Natalie last weekend and it was one of the best and nurturing yoga classes I’ve ever taken. She guided us through breath-work meditation, gentle stretching yoga and ended the class with a super calming and healing sound bath. I left the class feeling recharged and content. I will definitely recommend it and come back for more.”

Natalie did a Soundbath at our company, and it was the best and most relaxing teambuilding experience ever. Many of my colleagues had never experienced a soundbath - they were so pleasantly surprised. This experience helped to bring a deeper focus and a sense of calm connection to our work as a team.
