What To Expect:

Join us for an evening of deep rest and renewal under the soft glow of candlelight.

This 90-minute sound bath symphony blends crystal bowls, chimes, gong, and ocean waves to guide you into stillness and inner harmony. Allow the layers of sound to wash over you as you unwind, reflect, and reconnect with your body and breath.

Perfect for closing the year with intention, the evening will conclude with gentle grounding and shared silence — a moment to reset before the new season begins.

Doors open at 6:30 PM for you to settle in, get cozy, and choose your spot. The evening begins at 7:00 PM with a gentle breathing exercise to ground and center the body, followed by a 90-minute candlelit sound bath symphony designed to help you fully unwind and reset before the new season.

Eye and head pillows are provided.
Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket for comfort.

Meet Natalie

Natalie Chan, founder of Soundawn, performing a sound bath with crystal bowls under warm light at the Guggenheim Museum, embodying calm and presence through sound healing.

Natalie found her passion for sound bowls during the pandemic. With a background in piano and violin, her lifelong sensitivity to tone and frequency now guides her sound healing practice. She serves communities, private clients, and corporate groups across NYC and New Jersey — creating sound experiences that restore balance and connection.
