A quiet moment at Soundawn, where sound becomes sanctuary.

In this session, I sit in circle with a group of young women, guiding them through a sound bath using seven crystal singing bowls. Each tone is played with intention, gently opening space for stillness, restoration, and connection — both inward and with one another.
